We may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, payment details and information about the cleaning you need, such as access instructions and special requests. We may also take before-and-after photos of our work.

Most information comes directly from you. Sometimes it comes from someone else, such as a property manager, landlord or builder who books a clean for you. In that case we will let you know we have your details, unless an exception under the Privacy Act applies.

We use your personal information to provide quotes and cleaning services, manage bookings, process payments, and contact you about your service.
